So I have to cancel my daily devotional readings from the Gospel of Philip? Next you'll tell me the Gospel of Judas is fake too! If this keeps up, I'll have to read the Bible.

A gospel, or good news, can be written by anyone that has overcome the divisions between the flesh and the Source or their being. The truth is within us all. You must understand that the Truth cannot be accepted by the carnal mind and all scripture is written as to represent reality via allegory.

If you look at the original meanings of the words you quote such as 'sacrifice' meaning raised up or ascended, you will see a different meaning. 'God is nurished by man, and vise versa. Men are raised up to Him. Before men were raised up to him, animals were raised up to Him.' Each of us must come to overcome the fragmented animal natures within our minds to make ourselves as a pure lamb and live as Yeshua showed us so as to manifest the Source within us and raise up what is sinful into that which is pure. Yeshua told the man who asked about everlasting life to fulfill the Law and then give away all he had to follow Him. This is a journey all of us need to take.

Perhaps your judgment against this writing is due to you incomplete understanding of the good news it is portraying mixed with some confusion from the interpolations that were added to the Bible by the Roman Government's church. (http://thelie.org)

Hi Rick,

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.

I have to comments for follow up:

If the “The truth is within us all,” how did we go wrong and away from it? Not only that, if Truth cannot be accepted by the carnal mind, what is the standard by which to test allegorical subjectivity? In other words, how do we know we got it right? Is it because it is Gnostic?

I am also interested in knowing what happens to people that do not hold the Gnostic worldview. Is there punishment after death? (e.g. eternal Hell) Do people get a second chance to see the Light? Or does everybody go into the Light (e.g. Heaven)? A link to an article you can recommend would be highly appreciated…

Rick, thanks for your comments. How do you come to the conclusion that the truth is within us and must be understood spiritually? Did your carnal mind reach that conclusion?

Greetings. We all have as many chances as it takes to live the truth. We know the truth is within us. Be a simple man. God is the simple truth. Love be with you. (Be patient) Mock not. May the light come to you.

The truth within me tell me we do NOT have as many chances as it takes to live the truth. The truth within me tells me that most people do NOT know the truth is within them. The truth within me tells me NOT to be a simple man. The truth within me recognizes and affirms the law of noncontradiction.

Please explain how the truth within me would lead me to contradictory conclusions to yours.
